Having  made my gingerbread the night before in all shapes and sizes, they are cooled and ready to be decorated.
Today I'm going to use white and milk chocolate mix on the large gingerbread men and give them some trousers and braces with smartie's for buttons on the top and some hair made out of chocolate/white icing, their eyes will be smartie's their mouths from cherries.
The next size will have chocolate jackets with little jellybean's for buttons  small smartie's for eyes, red icing for mouth and white icing boots
The small ones are the simplest to do they are either completely covered in chocolate milk / white then the faces are draw on with icing pens or they are left plain as gingerbread and their faces draw on with icing pens. I will add photo's when completed for you to see.
As you can see this is fun to do and you can create your own designs I have had many fun days doing this with my grandchildren.
